Jeremiah M. Hodges
I was born in Clarksville, Tennessee, but I have lived most of my life in North Alabama. I am proud to call Alabama home. I graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, where I was a member of the National ATLA Trial Team and the National Civil Trial Competition Team. I also received the George Peach Taylor Award for Trial Advocacy and the American Judicature Society Award.
Kourtney I. Ballew
I was born in Huntsville, Alabama, and grew up in New Hope, Alabama. I graduated valedictorian of my class in 2002 from New Hope High School. I attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where I earned a B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Political Science in 2006.
Daniel D. Dwyer
I was born and raised in Hartford County, Connecticut. I attended Williams College, a small school in Massachusetts, and graduated with B.A. in English. After coaching football for a few years, I attended law school at night at Quinnipiac College School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. From 1998 until recently, I practiced law in the State of Connecticut with my father and two other partners.
John M. Plunk
I was born and have lived most of my life in Athens, Alabama. My father was a veterinarian in the Athens community for fifty plus year. I made Athens my home and the place where I raised my two daughters. My wife taught school for the City. I have been practicing law in Athens since 1978. It has been my great pleasure to work for and help thousands of people with their legal issues.
William V. Burkett
I was born in Huntsville, Alabama and grew up working in and around my parents’ local small business. I graduated from Randolph School (’13) where I was a member of the inaugural football team. I also played on the golf team and trumpet in the school band. After graduation, I attended Auburn University. I graduated cum laude in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
